Increase in foreign tourists arriving by air in Mexico
Rodríguez Zamora pointed out that the positive trend in foreign tourist arrivals by air reflects the current boom in tourism in Mexico.
"The increase in the arrival of foreign tourists by air during 2025 confirms the positive momentum of tourism in Mexico and strengthens expectations for 2026, a year that will be historic for the country's tourism development," said the official.
These results reinforce the recovery of the tourism sector and demonstrate the confidence of international visitors in Mexican destinations, particularly those with greater air connectivity.
The United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom lead the way in arrivals.
